The Ticketing and RMA service will be suspended from August 7 to 15. The deadline for receiving RMA material is August 4.
Your request will be submitted and you will receive a reply in the shortest time possible starting from August 16.
In this area you can manage all support and return material requests (RMA). In order to be entitled to RMA service, please read return policy terms and conditions.
By clicking on the "Open a New Ticket" button you can insert a new request. If instead you have already opened a ticket, by clicking on "Check Ticket Status" button you will be able to find all updates.
