By clicking on the "Open a New Ticket" button you can insert a new request. If instead you have already opened a ticket, by clicking on "Check Ticket Status" button you will be able to find all updates.
Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org to open a new support ticket account and to email@example.com to open a new account for RMA.
